Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
 - 100 ml sunflower oil
 - 90 ml water
 - 80 g sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 10 g baking powder
 - 5 g spirulina powder
 
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
 - Beat the eggs together with the water and sunflower oil in a large bowl.
 - Add the sugar and mix well until smooth.
 - Sift the flour , together with the baking powder and spirulina powder, over the bowl.
 - Mix the flour mixture into the egg mixture and beat vigorously until fluffy.
 - Place paper muffin cups in a muffin tin.
 - Fill the molds 2/3 full with the batter.
 - Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
 
Tip: Let the muffins cool completely before removing them from the tin for best results!
These muffins get a subtle green color and a healthy twist thanks to the addition of spirulina, perfect as a nutritious snack.
