Ingredients
For 3 loaves of 800 gr.
- 10 grams of salt
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 25 grams of oatmeal
- 15 grams of spirulina
- 20 g instant yeast
- 860 g mix for white country bread (AVEVE 927)
- 35 g sunflower oil
- 505 grams of lukewarm water
Instructions
- Place the salt, sunflower seeds, oatmeal and flour in the bowl of the food processor.
- Add the Spirulina and mix it with the flour.
- Add the yeast and sunflower oil and mix.
- Finally, add the lukewarm water and let the dough knead thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and foil and let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grease the two baking tins in butter.
- When the dough has increased approximately twice as much in volume, divide the dough in half and make the pieces nice and round. Place them in a baking tin.
- Let the balls rise for 45 minutes with a towel and foil over the baking tins.
- Then place the baking tins in a cold oven and set the oven to 210° with top and bottom heating for half an hour.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool.
