Fluffy egg cakes with Spirulina

Spirulina not only provides a nutritional boost but also a beautiful color, making these egg biscuits a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. Ingredients

For about 40 cookies

  • 4 eggs
  • 140 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 gr flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 4 g spirulina

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until white (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add spirulina and beat briefly.
  4. Sift flour and baking powder and fold into the batter.
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  6. Using a soup spoon, place mounds of batter on the baking paper (they will spread).
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
