Traditional pasta with a unique addition of Spirulina

Ingredients

For 3 persons.

  • 300 gr flour
  • 6 g spirulina (about a level tablespoon)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method

  1. Mix the flour with spirulina and make a well for the eggs.
  2. Beat the eggs, add olive oil and salt.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour. Knead with your hands until a consistent dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rest, then roll it out into a thin sheet.
  5. Fold the dough and cut into 0.5 cm strips.
  6. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, about 3-6 minutes.
